Problem with Charimport

Hi there,

i have problem with CharImport ver. 11.6(beta),

when i try to create a template file so that i could move my acc info in other database i have this problem:

I try with other versions of CharImport but have the same problem, but when i try to copy acc info from other database where is just 1 admin acc i dont have any problems and i can create template file? Maybe the problem is in my old database?
