Only 1 damage. How to change it back?

Hey all

My situation is as follows: on a trinity core repack 4.3.4, player takes only one damage.

In worldserver.conf all Rate.Creature...Damage and Rate.Creature...SpellDamage are set to default (1).

How do i revert my situation back to normal?
