Obsidian Nightwing - passenger seat not working

The suggestion by Rhisk is already in the 6.1 repack. I've checked the database, it only changes the vehicle ID in the creature template to 200, which it's already set to that.

Maybe it has to be done differently? I'm assuming the fix Rhisk suggested worked for him.
