You are already a "NEW MEMBER" you should be able to download the repack.

I read that you may have to relog after positing to get the status changed. That and it can take time for it to go through the system.

i'm facing the same problem "5 posts before you can download or register" which is fine, but i have taken into account that i may need to logout and log back in again for the system to detect and update the account. thanks and also welcome to emu-coach xtek
