Newer client, vanilla content.

Hi guys, could anyone help me, I'm looking to run a server for a few friends and have been running a LK server for a while now without any problems at all.

I was wondering if anyone could let me know what the best repack would be currently for MoP/WoD but limiting everything to Vanilla content? I know I can edit max level and limit players to just vanilla zones but how about things like dungeon finder only allowing vanilla dungeons? I'm not fussed about items/gear/mounts etc that come from newer content just the main leveling process and gameplay need to be decent.

I'm after a repack that would have 99% of questing and spells working for 1 - 60 leveling, end game raid content is not needed. Ideally all other features would work, trading, duals, achis, AH etc. Not fussed on pokemon battles.

I know this is a strange request but I find the newer version of wow and the client better, and come with more features. I just want to stop content outside of 1.12.1.

Any ideas and info would be great, thanks xx

As nice as this sounds, I've never heard of a repack like that.
Most repacks first development throughout the expansions, usually putting a bit more work into the expansion the repack is based on.

I haven't really been able to find a MoP repack that has many quests, or even mostly working spells.
Just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exists, so don't give up on looking, especially since that's a nice idea you've got.

Thanks for getting back to me, I've been reading up and one server has done this before, Primal did a 4.3.4/1.12.1 hybrid so my idea is possible. As for quests working I would only need zones 1 - 60 working any of the new content/zones wouldn't really need to be scripted or working as they wouldn't be used. Maybe all I need to do it find the most uptodate core for Wotlk/mop/wod and play around with disabling content myself. If I happen to get anything working I will invite a few from here to have a play about and test for me, thanks again.
