New Player Items

I'm sure that this has been covered either in previous posts or in other forums. But I'm curious, Is there a way to script or configure the latest Emucoach repack to automatically give/equip items to new characters when they first login? I'd like to be able to pass a larger type bag and maybe a basic piece of green armor or a basic green weapon when the new player logs in for the first time.

I have seen something you are describing on the SPP V2 legion repack that, when you first login with your char you get a starting equipment.
