Need Help Increasing Stack Limit. Version 19 | Cataclysm 4.3.4

So I am running the [NEW] VIP - Version 19 | Cataclysm 4.3.4 Repack Blizzlike Version | BETA server, Silver version, and I am having trouble with increasing stack limit of items. Before it was simply going into Item_Template in the database and changing the numbers for Stackable but this doesn't seem to work anymore and any changes made in the Item_Template be it changing names of items doesn't work either for me. Going into the worldserver.conf and setting DBC.EnforceItemAttributes to 0 makes no difference either. All I can think of is that it has something to do with the hotfixes part of the database that never uses to be there before and seeing that there are some items added in the hotfixes, that may be the cause?
