MoP VIP

I purchased MoP VIP and set it up on my home PC. Then tried to move to a server but it's asking for a new license. It won't let me request a new one until February, can someone assist?

how did you get the download link? getting super frustrated .... done paid for it and cannot download it at all. cannot find the link at all
