MoP suggestion for more reload commands

In next update if you can include more .reload commands for tables that normally would need a reboot of the world server. From what I understand the commands have to be compiled in the core to be functional?

Particularly I would benefit from:

item_template
playerbot_spell_data
playerbot_spell_condition
