We tried around a bit with the bots. It can be ok but often they don't have anything usweful to say.
If the server could give them more awareness of their surrounding would be helpful.
Maybe add some information about their level, class, race, current location and so on so they have some context to use. Maybe some information about the player char that chats to them. The localisation selected inside the server to get answers in the right language.
