How to start Legion Server

I see the Legion repack post just cant get access to the info any thoughts?

I was able to download all of the parts but I am getting stuck at "connecting"
All of the ports, conf files, and the auth tables in MySQL are lined up, but I think there's a mismatch somewhere between the client version, patched exe file and repack version. I'll figure it out eventually.

However, if anyone can provide their -working- links, or current how-to guide then I'd really appreciate it.
