How to make vendors with gear?

How do i make a vendor with gear in, Like the easiest way.

Well first you should create the vendors, as in you could for example duplicate an existen one and use that, and then you could do the simple thing with .npc add, but it depends, like if you are in need of mall vendors, you can find a release that might be very useful for you in that case:
