I thought this might be helpful for some of you who may want to upgrade the armor but are stuck with 1000 Valor per week. Here is how I got around this.
Make sure you add Valor to your character for it to show up in the Database .mod currency 396 1000 this = 100,000 in the Database change this to something like 1,000,000. Make sure your weekly total is higher then your current amount else it will reset to default when you try to spend. as you can see 1m Valor in the database = to 100k valor points in game. I hope this helps
