Running the Cata Repack and Dungeon scaling is excessive. I go in solo and get WAY too much bonus. Even in a 4/5 group, i'm getting more than 2x my origional hp. Is there any way to adjust the scaling?
Seems like enemy damage is nerfed a good bit as well, i'm able to just auto-attack +2 elites to death without any issue.
