[Name, Type] Eclipse bar, probably something to do with Lunar Shower
[Problem Description] The player doesn't get any more Energy from Moonfire after the solar state is over. ( https://streamable.com/vb5kl )
[How it should work] Should always get Energy when Lunar Shower is up.

Still bugged in V11 ....

After more testing:
Apparently Moonfire is giving Energy from Lunar Shower only when Eclipse Marker is active. (marker pointing / moving towards right side)
Sunfire is giving Energy from Lunar Shower only when Eclipse Marker is active.

That's why the marker gets stuck after the Solar Eclipse fades, because you cannot gain Energy from moonfire when the marker is pointing/moving to the left side.
