Cooking/Fishing dailies in UC and TB

The NCPs which should offer daily cooking/fishing quests in Undercity and Thunder Bluff do not offer any quests.

Need cooking/fishing skill >=425 to show the daily quests, i think, i'm not sure.

If so, does that mean that the Orgrimmar one is bugged for showing it then? Pretty sure with the minor things you have to do for these that they are available from low levels.

This seems to be an ongoing bug where sometimes the dailies won't show up. Exo has looked at it, Not sure if it's fixed or not, So moving this to pending.
