Class bugs

[Pluton]

Rogue smoke bomb is bugged;
Paladin aura mastery is bugged;
Arms Warrior overpower scales a lot;
Shaman lightning strike / lightning bolt low damage;
Priest psychic horror doesn’t work.

How is it bugged? What's not working, how should it be different? Where's the SS showcasing what's wrong and compared with footage of how it works?
