Cata V6 Bug Quest -The Warchief Cometh

[Name, Type] The Warchief Cometh, Quest
•[What it does] Portal opens, orc armies came but not Garrosh, then Sylvanas just speaks to herself. Then the quest can't be cleared
•[What it should do] Garrosh come, have a chat with Sylvanas, leave, and quest end

When I tried it again, Garrosh came (in wrong place), then have a chat with Sylvanas, leave but quest doesn't end

Temporary fix was using GM command to complete quest
