[What it does] You are required to use the telescope 205417 to scout the harbour. But the telescope is missing. And using the telescope gives no quest completion.

Hopefully I'll be able to get it done today. I've spawned the telescope now, but I just need to script it. I'll see if I can make it 100% blizzlike, but issue atm is finding the proper cinematic ID
