Item 40946 Anuniaq's Net, Does not give the player a tasty reef fish when used on the spell focus object school of tasty reef fish. So the quest can never be completed.
The spell for the net is 21014.

Thank you, That was the last remaining quest that i couldn't fix in Howling Fjord. Theres a couple that need polishing up, But they'll do for now.
