I don't fully understand this report, can you tell me more information, perhaps a video of how to reproduce?
Maybe its' fixed for version 11 though

yes. sometimes it get duplicated like 3 times, sometimes by like 20 times and in that current situation you have to remake team and lose the rating every time the server restarts / crashes to be able to queue

quick edit that could help(?): the worldserver is being loaded like 10+ seconds more when there are arena teams in the database, loads faster without any teams in db

I wasn't able to reproduce by creating an arena-team and restarting server. It didn't duplicate here.

Either the reproduction steps are different, or there's an issue in your character database with arena table, or it's corrected in V13.

i found the issue.

i tried re-extracting v12 and the problem didnt occur. the problem was all in 'character_pvp_stats' and the values that were connected to characters made in v11 or lower, i think this bug existed in v10 that's why it still occured (?)
