He just stands still which never helps the player to kill

Zar'jira

Zar'jira is an Elite NPC that can be found in Echo Isles. This NPC is the objective of An Ancient Enemy. In the NPCs category. Added in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.

That it cannot be attacked, therefore the mission is not complete, only enemies appear around the level of importance 8/10 since they are race missions and without them you do not progress

We have found the same problem. Just try to run this query in your world db...

UPDATE creature_template SET unit_flags=512 WHERE entry=38306;

Restart the server and then you should be able to complete the quest.
