Thank you for posting a bug report, but please keep to the format for bug fixes, or as close to it as possible:

Also, if you could post the NPC ID of the NPC, that could help out ExO a lot.
Just type in:
.lookup creature Jamus'Vaz
Then just post his entry ID here.
