Quest to kick off Pandaria not functional
Ran into an issue where the quest to kick off Pandaria starts with The King's Command but you cant turn it in. If you talk to the Admiral she does nothing and theres no open portal over by the Pandarians in Stormwind.- tazinator

The Quest with Anduin as Companion
So I got the Hero Board quest of "Report to the Keep" and you can grab the next quest but there seems to be an issue. This is the Twilight Highliands kickoff questline.
