I'm running the v18 of the server and I can get in just fine but I can't start any of the staring quests and wondering if it's a problem on my end or the quests aren't available to pickup

I've followed all the directions and have looked everywhere I can think of to try to find a solution to get past the loading screen. I have everything set to 127.0.0.1 and have all the ports open. The server seems to be running just fine and I can see the server in game but I can't connect to...
