Seems like the vendor only contains the warrior set. The rest will have to be added in manually. If you find all the items needed needed and compile them into some text along with their entryid and name, I can import them in in no time.

I've noticed this too. I checked their SmartAI and don't think it has anything to do with it. After looking at the flag for making an npc an innkeeper, it seems like it's controlled by the flag itself. If so it might have to do with the core and may require the developers to fix it.
