try creating the account though the worldserver.exe if you didn't try already, type this in the worldserver for example to create your account:
!bnet create akuma@akuma password123

after that it will create your bnet account & it will automatically create the normal account and it will link itself then you can log in using bnet created account

if your trying to connect from a second pc then you can not use 127.0.0.1 for it, just use your local ip4 address for connections to the game, it should be good after that

I have a question: I need to transfer the repackaged C drive to my other T drive. Because sometimes, when you start it from a different C drive, it has problems.

I dont know about any problems using other drives, i've had no problems before with it, i cant help with this one sorry.

im not sure where it is in the files and i dont have a seperate download for it i just use heidisql to edit
