Have you tried right clicking it and running as administrator ? out of 3 sites that I share my repaks on your the only one that is having trouble with this. have you installed VC_redist.x64.exe yet? if not try this vc_redist.x64

Wherever you have placed the folder must have spaces in the path move it or change the folder name to whatever you want let me know if that helps
