    Update to include searchable pickers for id's by name or id. SourceGroup, SourceEntry, and ConditionValue1 have dynamic tooltips explaining what goes in them (double-clicking the box brings up a search for the appropriate option)

    Been tinkering around with python and decided to try to make an updated quest editor. From what I have tested it seems functional. Just need more 👀 on it to weed out any straggler or edge case bugs. This was designed around 4.3.4 v19 , so I do not know if it will work with other versions...
