How do I scale stats differently?

Like crit, is scaled too high on the repack, is there a way for me to change that?

Crit chance of a spell, an item, in general statsystem crit rating?

You yourself wouldn't be able to do that since it's handled via the core, however if it is indeed buggy we will check it out.

I was messing around with 70 twinking on the repack. A fully BiS 70 rogue has around 56% crit as of now. That's too high.

I used to twink 70 back in 4.3.4 and was BiS as well back then. On retail it was around 40% fully BiS.
