[SQL] Tol'barad Peninsula spawn fixes for MoP 5.4.8

Run the following query in your database. THIS ONLY WORKS WITH MoP Free/Premium 5.4.8 mists of pandaria repack

*Removes wrong spawns in Tol'barad and adds the corrected version WITH waypoints. 1000+ (version 2)

i've ran and tested this in my server and it works flawlessly now spawns are not way to many in certain areas etc..

Note: This is just for Tol'Barad Peninsula NOT the Tol'barad PvP Area

Yay! I still enjoy wandering through Tol'barad on occasion and this'll definitely be a welcome addition to my database.

Anyone know if it's now in the base updates or we still need to make the change ourselves ?

@sinsdor As of v3 it is included. If you have v2 or lower than youstill have to make the change.
