Here's the issues I've found with leveling up my dwarf in the Western Plaguelands:
1. There's no Hero's Call quest either in the zone before it (Hinterlands) nor at the typical place in the capital cities (Ironforge).
2. Araj's Phylactery can't be interacted with after he dies. At this point, it's impossible to complete the initial quests of the First Battle of Andorhal. The quests are not offered to continue by any of the NPCs, and there's nowhere to go. The zone is broken.
