[Location, Faction, Race] random places in game mostly in orgrimmar, Horde, any belf, undead, orc, tauren
[Problem Description] When you party with your alts and don't log onto that character and they have dual spec, their talents reset the talent "menu" will ask you to learn or reset talents as if you haven't learned and finalized them yet.
[How it should work] Characters talents should not reset even if you don't log onto that character to play it.
I haven't seen this happen on Characters that are not dual specced
