Hello. I am looking for a Cataclysm 4.3.4 server to buy. It has to be with minimal bugs. It has to have a voting system.
I want it to have a store, where people can buy items, gold, mounts etc. with real money.

To my knowledge, you don't need VIP to do this.
The homepage I believe he is referring to is a website for your server, that users then spend money on the website, which the website then essentially connects to the server to give the player the specified item, mount, gold, etc.
The VIP repack alone is not required for this.
