Problem description: when submitting a ticket, it is unable to be viewed by using the command view ticket ID. When the player opens up the ticket to try and edit their response, the text is blank and they need to backspace. If they amend the ticket content then save it, then the ticket system works and the GMs can view the content of the ticket.
Then, after adding a response to a ticket and marking it as complete, it does not work and the ticket stays open.
How it should work: player should submit GM ticket first time and it should be able to be read by the GM, then add a response/close as required. The player should not have to amend the content of the ticket after it's already submitted for the GM to be able to read it.
