Different Enchant Values (Free MOP vs VIP MOP)

Just went from the free MOP to the VIP MOP server. Just curious why the enchant values are different.

Example:
Enchant Chest - Glorious Stats +80 to all stats (Free Version)
Enchant Chest - Glorious Stats +20 to all stats (VIP Version)

These stat changes affect every enchant that I can do and are all lower values. Is this a bug or intended if so why?

This has magically fixed itself and the enchant values are correct now.
