I heavily dislike the way you are talking to developers (me to be specific) in here.
Easy and understandable steps to reproduce the issue, or I will not spend hours trying to figure it out while people like you know exactly how to reproduce it.
The initial report never said anything about Deep Freeze damage scaling, it was literally just claiming that it does not deal damage to npcs which are immune to freezes/stuns, you literally just came up with the damage scaling issue behind it.
And also, there is no need to be so toxic in here...
Well, because the tooltip clearly says:
"Stuns the target for 5 sec. Only usable on Frozen Targets. Deals 1680 to 1991 damage to targets that are permanently immune to stuns"
Which means -> if the target is NOT permanently immune to stuns, the stun (freeze) will be applied.
