Hey everyone,
I want to share a Wrath of the Lich King server I’ve been working on called Echoes of One.
The idea behind this server is pretty simple: make a WoTLK experience that respects your time, works well for solo players, and still feels like real progression — not instant max-level or pay-to-win nonsense.
The server is live, but still under heavy testing and development, so expect frequent updates and occasional restarts. If you enjoy being early on a project and helping shape it, this is a good time to jump in.
Progression actually matters
Raids and tiers are unlocked by completing the previous content. You can’t just skip straight to the end — you progress naturally by playing the game.
Solo-friendly, but not brain-dead
The server uses Playerbots that makes it easy to create a raidgroup and head into raid.
Custom addons built for the server
There are two custom addons made specifically for Echoes of One:
They’re available directly from the website and updated as development continues.
Wrath, not “custom WoW”
The goal is to stay close to Blizzard’s world and systems. No custom leveling zones or wild mechanics — just quality-of-life improvements where they make sense.
No pay-to-win
There is a donation shop and multiple payment options (including crypto), but progression power comes from playing. Donations are meant to support development, not replace gameplay.
This is very much a work-in-progress, but the core systems are already playable.
If you’re looking for something perfectly polished with zero downtime, this probably isn’t it yet.
If you like seeing a server grow and improve, it might be worth checking out.

- Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a
- Full progression system in place
- Playerbot dungeon and raid support
- Ruby Sanctum bot strategies currently being tested
- Full game client available on the website
- Addons and tools managed through GitHub
- Website, admin panel, and systems still being actively worked on

- Players who like solo or small-group PvE
- People who enjoy progression servers
