Where can I find a working database editor program for MoP?

Hey there, recently I've been working on making a server. However, I can't seem to find a working Trinity Creator or Truice program for editing the database for MoP 5.4.8 to make npcs that sell the gear I need. Could anyone perhaps help? Thank you for your time in advance.
