V14 Quest bug 10852

Outland, Terokkar Forest, Alliance, Humain.
https://tbc.wowhead.com/quest=10852/missing-friends quest.
You have to kill Skithian Windripper mobs (18453) to get a key.
Who opens cages and releases Captive Child (22314). But no one in the cage.
The key is used to open cages but as there is no one inside it doesn't work.
