Time Zone For Server

Anyone know how to change the time zone of a server? I believe it's in the SQL just cant find the right table. Found a time_zone_ID but not sure what to set if that's it would need to set to gmt-8...

Only solution I found was set the servers time back the hours that needed to be adjusted.

You can change the "RealmZone" in your worldserver.conf, but i'm not sure, if that changes the server time to be honest.
