[Solved] Adding a Patch

How do I go about adding patches to 4.3.4 repack?

Do I need Trinitycore Source or is the source the _server folder?

I don't understand what you mean, do you want to get to the DBC files?

I found this Patch on AC-Web called NPCbots by Trickerer, and His instructions are kind of vague to me.

To apply the patches you need a compiled core.
