I guess i have found another problem with quest "Lou's Parting Thoughts".
[Name, Type] quest "Lou's Parting Thoughts".
[What it does] After eavesdropping the thugs (yes, they're there
), you need to go back to Lou, but he has disappeared in thin air. The quest-tracker however points to his old location. When doing a GM on you see that he indeed stands at his old location, but he is motionless and doesn't respond to anything. Doing a GM off makes him disappear again.
[What it should do] Lou should accept the final stage of the quest, completing it.
I tried this quest 2 times, with same result.
