Issue with public access to server

I'm trying to connect to the server from externally and although its connecting to the Auth server, its not the world server. I have tried with different repacks.
Below is what I have done, maybe someone can see something I have missed doing.

1. Change realmlist table in DB - 3.address = 192.168.1.180 (also tried using my external ip) 4.local address = 127.0.0.1
2. Port forward Ext port 8090 to internal port 3724 internal ip 192.168.180 (VM ip address)
3. Port forward Ext port 8090 to internal port 8085 internal ip 192.168.180 (VM ip address)
4. Change realmlist in config.wtf to SET realmlist "myexternalip:8090"

When I try to connect from externally, it authorizes successfully, but then wont connect to the worldserver. I also tried not using 8090 as ext port, and just forwarded 3724 & 8085 to internal ip 192.168.180. Still same issue.

Ok, I thought maybe a diagram might help to explain what I am trying to accomplish.
In the below diagram, Client A can connect to Cata and LAN PC can connect to both Cata & MoP with ports 3724 & 8085 open and pointing to the VM hosting Cata.
What I can't figure out is how to also let Client B connect to MoP if the ports are pointing to the VM hosting Cata.
