R Ryotucker Veteran Member 44 2014 0 Jun 15, 2014 #1 Gek Nozzlerocket at Light's Chapel is not spawned, and he is needed for Hero's Call: Badlands quest. He is supposed to let you ride his rocket to the badlands. Doing .quest complete does no good, since you still have to take his taxi service.
