Guild Reputation

I want to start a new character in full heirloom. I can't buy the guild rewards though. How can I change the rank of my guild and change the reputation as well? Thanks.

I didn't find any commands for guild rep and level. Try typing only '.guild' and it should show a list of commands that start with '.guild'.
