goblin starting zone issue

When you take Sassy Hardwrench's hot rod to the boat, the boat doesn't despawn when you get to the boat.
it should despawn and let the player move.

NOTE: Spell ID is 46598

I have no idea what boat your talking about. The only one i can remember is the ship at the end of the kezan quests.
Did you click the cannon while you were still mounted?
