Doors to Baron Rivendare Won't Open

I am trying to run the Stratholme instance and I cannot seem to get the doors to the slaughterhouse where Ramstein and Baron Rivendare are located. Any thoughts?

Log out - turn off pc - count to ten - Turn PC back on - log back in - this should help.
At least thats what every tech support has ever replied to me.
