Cata V6 Bug NPC - Training Dummies in Valley of Honor

[Name, Type] Orgrimmar, Valley of Honor, Zone
•[What it does] Almost no NPC near the Training Dummies
•[What it should do] There should be some NPCs there (guards, etc)

Note : Doesn't really affect gameplay whatsoever, but I just wanted to inform

I don't know exactly where this is.
Anyway, I'm working on total fixes for cities, Missing npc's broken vendors ect. Then i'll move on to towns. So this should be working in 7.02.
