Can't reply due to insufficient priveleges in order to download despite already meeting the requirements

Hello despite having more than the required 10 posts and I have been registered for more than 5 days I stil don't have the priveleges to reply to the thread containing a legion repack. I think it's due to a bug involving my account because other accounts can.
